What PendSoft is

PendSoft is an independent software business creating practical tools for personal finance, day to day business operations, and project management.

The aim is straightforward. Give individuals and small businesses the same visibility and control that large, expensive platforms promise, without the cost, complexity, or time investment.

Where it comes from

PendSoft grew out of real experience working in sales, project management, and large software implementations.

In those environments, the same pattern appeared again and again. Tools designed to provide insight often became obstacles. They were heavy, slow to learn, expensive to maintain, and poorly aligned with how people actually worked.

PendSoft exists to apply those lessons in the opposite direction. Fewer features, clearer structure, and software that reflects how work and money move in the real world.

The products

PendSoft currently builds three applications, each focused on a specific problem:

• SpendMinder helps people understand their finances, budgets, savings, and debts in a clear and structured way.
• WorkMinder is built for independents, freelancers, tradespeople, and microbusinesses who want a clear view of their work, clients, and cashflow without enterprise software.
• ProjectMinder provides a simple timeline based view of projects for people who want clarity without learning traditional project management tools.

How PendSoft works

PendSoft is intentionally small and focused.

The software is designed and built with an emphasis on clarity, restraint, and long term usefulness. Features are added when they solve real problems. Complexity is avoided where it does not add value.

Privacy is treated seriously. Products are built to work locally where possible, without advertising, tracking, or unnecessary data collection.
